The Developing Daily lessons promote regular, moderate to vigorous physical activity as recommended by research and the Australian Government. The activities are compatible with all State and Territory Syllabus and Curriculum Frameworks in HPE and provide opportunities to engage students in developing the general capabilities outlined in the Australian Curriculum.
